Zuleika moved from NYC to Southern California 16 years ago for the beautiful weather and outdoor lifestyle.  Her educational background is in Interior Design from UCLA.  She has spent most of her career, as a successful Residential Sales Consultant, working in the home improvement industry, before embarking into the world of real estate, which is where her true passion lies.  

Zuleika brings a mature entrepreneurial perspective to every transaction she engages in.  With her deep background in design, home improvement and strong social skills she treats the brokerage business as a service to her clients.  Whether maximizing value by offering ideas and services to help market a property, or creatively identifying opportunities that others may not see, Zuleika is always engaged in creating value for her clients.
