As a full-time real estate since 1990, I have over 25 years experience watching and analyzing market trends and putting that knowledge to work helping clients buy, sell and invest in real estate. Over the years I have worked at several large, international brokerages. In 2009, I chose to affiliate with Lighthouse Properties, now Lotus Estates, preferring the more personalized approach afforded by a boutique brokerage. I also appreciate the benefits afforded to my clients by having a licensed attorney as the owner and broker of Lotus Estates.

I have lived and worked all over Southern California, including West Hollywood, Studio City, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes and Beverly Hills. I now reside in Marina del Rey, where I enjoy the activities as well as the fresh, salty air. I currently specialize in the beach cities of Venice, Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, Santa Monica, Malibu, and the South Bay, as well as Mar Vista and Culver City. However, because of my many years living and working in Los Angeles, I am equipped to help clients in almost any part of the city.

I have extensive expertise representing first-time home buyers, those trading up or down, developers and flippers, as well as short pay and foreclosure transactions. I am patient while searching for the perfect property and a tenacious advocate on behalf of my clients. As a listing agent, I have strong marketing and negotiation skills as well as a deep understanding of contracts, stemming in part from having worked in the legal field for 10 years prior to my real estate career.
